YOGA

Vinyasa Flow

Commonly considered a gentle form of yoga, vinyasa flow is characterised by combining multiple movements while focusing on your breath and poses. Vinyasa classes include a wide range of postures, and no two classes are ever alike.

In this class you will experience a free flow that resembles a dance, with the breath serving as your partner. Join the classes to unwind from everyday life, improve your breath work, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

You will also receive a cold eucalyptus scented towel at the end of your class, leaving you feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practised at a slow pace while focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing.

Unlike more active yoga styles such as Vinyasa or Bikram, you can expect to hold a pose for five minutes or more. Only a handful of poses will be performed in restorative yoga sessions and the coaches will position students into passive poses with bolsters, blankets and blocks.

You will also receive a cold eucalyptus scented towel at the end of your class, leaving you feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

Yin Yoga

Had a big week of training? Yin Yoga is the perfect way to unwind as it incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine and is a slow-paced style of yoga. The poses are held for up to five minutes, which allows you to lengthen and stretch the muscles on a deeper level.

In comparison to Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga has more emphasis on flexibility, boosting circulation and reducing tension. Leave the CHANGE studio feeling relaxed and ready to conquer the world after a session.
