Briley has over five years experience in the fitness industry, managing a Melbourne functional studio for over two years before moving to the Gold Coast during COVID and joining the CHANGE team. Briley has a Certificate 3 and 4 in fitness and a level 2 in Performance Nutrition Coaching. Briley is passionate about educating members on their nutrition and aligning with their fitness goals.

Mike has a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science and over the years has immersed himself in the field of human performance. Mike has worked closely with rugby union feeder teams, the waratahs and wallabies, building stronger, more resilient athletes; to office workers and everyone in between. Mike's coaching and programming is centred around keeping your body healthy, structurally balanced and injury free.

Kaitlyn trained as an elite level gymnast for over a decade, competing nationwide. This is where her passion for fitness began, and it kickstarted her into a career in coaching and training which she has excelled in over the past five years.
She finds the encouraging and positive environment within Functional sessions at CHANGE to be invigorating and it pushes her to be her absolute best. Her ultimate aim is to assist members in maximising their sessions to the best of their abilities, ensuring every member walks out of the studio feeling better than when they came in.

Eliza has worked in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness coach since 2018. She has worked with individuals online and face-to-face by using effective strategies to improve entire well-being. Eliza specialises in functional and strength training, fat loss, nutritional guidance and focuses on holistic wellness with long-lasting habits and results. She strives to impact as many people as possible with her mentorship and passion for health and fitness and to create the best experience for everyone at CHANGE.

Jan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and a Physio and Exercise Science Degree. She previously owned and operated health clubs in Australia for 25 years prior to working at CHANGE. Following on, Jan has taught all types of training forms and for all ‘special population groups’, including but not limited to pre and post pregnancy, rehabilitation of injuries and athletes.
Jan is the head of Reformer Pilates and has taught this style for over 20 years. She is dedicated to ensuring that clients achieve their goals by using correct technique, challenging themselves and creating a positive environment.

Kylie has spent most of her life travelling the world as a professional dancer, with her love of movement and a passion for health and fitness leading her to reformer pilates. With over five years experience, you can expect to sweat in Kylie’s classes which focus on a dynamic and challenging flow for a full body workout that will perfect your form and technique.

Ben has been in the fitness industry for over six years, starting out coaching functional classes and transitioning to specialise in pilates over the last two years. Ben is also completing his Masters of Chiropractic, ensuring you are in good hands or to assist with injury recovery while you train. Ben is passionate about technique and helping you exceed your performance expectations.

An experienced PT with over two years experience, Waka has spent most of his life on a football field or as a surf lifesaver driving his passion for the fitness industry. With a Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, Wake turned his ‘at home workouts’ during COVID into a new area of expertise, training in callisthenics for the last three years.

Tom credits reformer pilates for changing his life and approach to how he trains. Tom has a cert 3 in pilates and a diploma in clinical pilates. Tom’s classes are dynamic and strong, moving through mostly the tail end of the pilates repertoire, leaving you feeling confident in how strong your body is.
